I also bought back Feb - March 2009. There was all kinds of negativity and activism going on then. Remember the group that was trying to take over the board, recruiting shareholders to participate, fire Ronan for conflict of interest.. There was a lot of negativity, not just here but everywhere. This management group is hitting on all cylinders right now. I did a little trading in this 2003-2005 on all the HIV hype. I did my DD and understood the company well and kept a close eye on them. When they sold the blood business and went debt free, I decided to go long TRIB... as a value investment knowing Premier was on its way. While still a great value holding, this is about to become one of the great growth stories of 2014 IMO. I am adding at these levels as I do not agree with the "free money" scenario. While this is and has been my largest position, I am re-positioning my portfolio to acquire more. When Fiomi's Troponin gets CE marking, we will justifiably pop - I say to 30. This is about 4 months out and after Q3 report containing two months of new revenues and earnings from the recent Immco acquisition - those revenues and earnings will grow fast. Fiomi's BNP product is one quarter behind Troponin for CE marking.. In March we get another pop on CE marking for that product. In the meantime awareness that FDA approval is imminent will evolve while the earnings and revenue continue to grow. This awareness and momentum will put us in the $50 range. Earnings growth will start to be realized from Premier products, and Immco first half of 2014, justifying a higher pps. FDA approval of both the Troponin and BNP products late 2014 and there is no reason little Trinity would not be trading in the $100 pps range. The aforementioned business developments have quadrupled TRIB market opportunities. Margins will improve, and the earnings growth should be phenomenal. Thats just one guy's view, do your dd and make some $$
I also got into Trib in the 2003-2005 time frame and have held my position for the most part through all the negativity. I follow the company closely and can see that you have as well. I share your sentiments on the prospects for the future. Would like to see a nice steady climb as all these events unfold.
