mjw59801, private investor, reiterates IDSY's DULLARD rating

mjw59801, private investor and creator of his own small-cap ratings system, reiterates IDSY's DULLARD rating after this morning's news release. After observing this morning's trading "action" after IDSY's news announcement of two new patents, IDSY still meets #4 (see below) of the DULLARD criteria and is therefore reiterated as DULLARD:

    1) Typically trade less than 25,000 shares per day and generally don't make GAAP profits.
    2) Don't provide guidance.
    3) Top-line growth is typically in the low single digits.
    4) Rarely have news and when news is shared it usually results in no upside or downside to the stock.
    5) Generous severance packages for executives that results in 12+ months salary and acceleration of stock vesting schedules, even if they resign.
    6) Are too timid to pursue intellectual property rights, even when infringed.

    • at least there was a little volume today

Now they need to follow up this patent PR with a lawsuit vs XXX and YYY PR for violation of patents. I would name Hertz, Enterprise, Avis, Crown, and Shockwatch, as well as a few car share companies. Put them on notice. they may offer to settle rather than get a black eye

      • From most recent annual report:
"We have incurred net losses of approximately $4.0 million, $2.6 million and $7.5 million for the years ended December 31, 2011, 2012 and 2013, respectively, and have incurred additional net losses since inception. At December 31, 2013, we had an accumulated deficit of approximately $63.6 million"

Company states they have incurred additional net losses since inception - 1993. Losses keep piling up.
What a POS! Anyone would have to be a moron to invest in this company, which explains why dblosr is a big investor. Former CEO and BOD have already abandoned this sinking ship. Dblosr has lost a fortune in this POS yet keeps on pumping. I LOVE OWNING THIS POOR DUMB SCHMUCK! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

      • especially the rental companies which are over levered with debt. State you are asking for $100M from each of the big 3. This may get them downgraded from the credit ratings companies which can have major repercussions on their stock
