    Why isn't someone......

making a bid for this company? Considering the stock price is not far from book, patents, products in the pipeline, intrinsic value, etc... I think we're ripe for a takeover. I'll take $8.00 per share, surely the prospects are worth that.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • seriously mstool_godstevens?
the "balance sheet is getting worse"?
ENTR has $166 million in cash & investments and no debt. That's about $1.80/share in cash. That's more than 40% of its market value chump!
But more importantly, they actually have an INCOME statement--unlike that bloated POS EXAS.
I think that toad bath you have been taking is beginning to take its toll, lol!!!

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • LOL~ mstevens, get back into that dunghole known asEXAS - where you've patheticly let the past 30% in broadmarket appreciation go by while your stock sits there and rots like a smelly stinkin tuuurrrrd! If you really believe that, short it doperbaby! We can take your money watching you run for cover at 10.00 here just as easily as we fleeced your wadded panties all the way down from 14.50 over on your beloved EXAS. *lol (I covered my short on your craaaaapstock at 11.30!! - ahaa haaah haaaa!!!)

    • Whether you're INTC or BRCM or TXN or VZ or ATT (I could name a few more), to buy this company would be to tip your hand - a lost competitive advantage. Ultimately, one wants to take the "enemy" by storm. Patience mrxit1, our day is coming.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • 8 bucks a share? So a 89% premium over yesterday's closing price? You think there is a board out there that would approve an 89% premium over current market value. How many deals do you see with that kind of premium?

On the flipside ENTR is not going to accept a lower price. Management knows they can earn a higher price on their own. Thus, you probably are not going to see a buyout until ENTR earns a higher share price and then can accept a bid with a smaller premium that will be acceptable for both sides.

    • Could it be that you are wrong about the particulars? For example, what products are in the pipeline that BRCM doesn't already have in production?
