    • Great I just happened to tune in just after you replied. I understand the training is done by the incenter people, Davita/Fresenius in this case. It simply seemed to me the benefits to the staff patient load, the patient benefits, and the margin improvement/cost savings for the dialysis center would have the training done more quickly than six weeks. I did not think the training was or might be done by NXTM. The benefits to the dialysis centers are clear, and that makes me wonder why the six weeks for training. It can't be that hard can it?

    • Not a good idea. This stock has plenty of room to run. Reason we are just starting to ramp up. Nextstage will be growing by leaps and bounds come 2011 with new CMS guidelines favouring reimbursement foer home dialysis. This is the one and only home dialysis machine that is FDA approved and is finally gaining ground. I know this for a fact cause I work for Fresenius the largest hemodialysis company in USA. We are actively recruiting patients for home hemo and this only the begining.this a small capstock and has lots of room to run
      Strong buy

      • racharsh, I see how patients will do much better with home dialysis, and I am trying to understand the where the lower CMS costs are going to come from. Could you name some of the larger places where costs are going to be lower or substantially lower than a mass treatment center for dialysis? Here are some guesses of mine. Less staffing at the center less travel expenses to/from center, a second person in the household is trained to monitor the home so your company needs many less personnel in the field. So most of the cost lowering for your company would come from fewer personnel. Is that the bulk of it? That would be a lot. Is there large savings on the equipment side of things? Thanks.

    • You wish!!! NXTM going higher--much higher.
