It was touch and go there !! Grey sheet that came out JAN 12 painted a not to flattering picture of a company struggling a bit with the growth. Probably caused a bit of the high volume and slide of the last few days. The price had simply reached a point that only a huge disaster was going to cause further erosion. A two billion dollar a year company has a large resource base but they still have to execute the basics. Hopefully the cost containment measures of the last 4 months will help to boost the profits on the year end results to a satisfying number. Then they have got to get this stent issue rolling I am getting tired of the dawdling on this one. Also the SAP implementation is behind schedule so that project is eating revenue with no return on investment (I do not care what their commercials say) just get it done !!! The company also should have been removing some of this stock from circulation at these prices which could help when they finally get this sucker firing on all cylynders. I am a huge fan of this company but 97 was a disaster that cannot simply be chalked up to wall street not SHARING THE VISION.
