Occupancy in georgia & Carolinas 100%?

There should be many people that will seek apts in states close to fla for a few months up to maybe a year. Income should increase in these states for the next 2-3-quarters. Thoughts ??

    • Florida is a big state. People would need to be quite desperate to actually move out of state. There should be sufficient available units in parts of Florida unaffected by Storms. Long run, news of storms and climbing property insurance rates may make some people consider states further from the main hurricane track--or, as in Bermuda, people could start building houses to better hurricane resistance standards.

      • With the thousands of mobile homes destroyed the insurance cos will have to pay living expenses to the policy holders. I would think there were not a sufficent number of apts vacant in Fla to house all of those displaced. I think we will get some of the spillover. Also it will take a long time to rebuild as a result our complexis should be full or near full for 6-12 months.
