Any thoughts about the low volume today? The last time the volume was this low, aside from right around Christmas and Thanksgiving, was the day before the one-day drop from $6.33 to $3.91. But there's no announcement scheduled tomorrow, is there?
Maybe people are beginning to realize KK sales are down and raw material and fuel costs are way up. If the company was unprofitable before, the situation is bound to get worse. How much cash down KK have on hand and how long will that last?
Not a clue. I'm going out on a limb and suggesting either Cap'n Morgan's compensation package is about to be announced or maybe we get to see what happens with GCFF and Sweet Traditions and their BK process.
Well, if we don't see the Cap'n's compensation package mighty soon, you have to assume that there isn't any contract laying one out. (Even this crew, considering that they are at least technically still under investigation by the SEC and US Attorney, wouldn't fail to make a required SEC filing.)
The absence of an employment agreement would certain back up the previous impression that the Cap'n is here on a very short term gig, for the purpose of finding a new owner or a new ownership structure.
