Um, Mike Kloe... what are you talking about? The price of a stock is based on future earnings not passed! The foward P/E for KKD is about 17. Perfectly reasonable.
Not passed???? How far out in the future did you go to get a PE of 17? Too many since KKD is trading at 50 times 2011 predicted earnings based on one analyst. Kloe seems to be right on the money.
Yep. Kloe and Ski are right. Oh well, I am laughing all the way to the bank after taking nice profits today.Company guidance is $11 to $15 million net income for the year. That equates to roughly .17 to .23 EPS for the year. That means a forward P/E of 15 to 20.To answer your rhetorical question.... I got "that fwd P/E" by passing 6th grade math.
