They have to report after breaching acquiring 5%, and then claim to be a "passive investor", but oh gee, after awhile, I changed my mind, I guess I'm turning into an aggressive investor, I just couldn't help myself.
I got a little greedy and wanted all the doughnuts for my own self, and my company.
We're pigging out!
They aren't going to fess up from the start their real intentions and run the stock up, that just plain common sense.
But it would be helpful to know if he went from 4.99% to 5.125% owner, the opposite extreme of 0% to 5.125%, or somewhere in the middle.
If it's a major new investment, fantastic sign. If only went from 4.99 to 5.125 then not as bullish a sign... a positive sign, but just not HUGE.
Can be handled, with appropriate disclosures and behavior, but I'm not so much interested in GMCR buying KKD, as I am in having an individual such as Robert buy in (in a big way) to KKD. He is the Founder & Chairman of GMCR, a visionary that KNOWS a GREAT brand when he sees it, and has the business acumen, as demonstrated with GMCR, to know the potential of KKD, and know how to maximize it. That's what I want, my investment MAXIMIZED.
