My comment was that SBUX had a similar P/E as KREM, and that it was even a little lower now that SBUX has dropped while KREM has risen in the past week. So why do you ask if I happened to look at SBUX's P/E when I made a comment like that?
Of course, I feel SBUX is a far better value than KREM given the same valuation, but that's just an opinion. The rest is fact.
Seeing as how Starbucks is ten times bigger, has accomplished so much more, and is much more of a proven concept, it is quite interesting that KREM's executives are more highly paid. And just wait until they start cashing in those bargain options they were granted just prior to the IPO.
Is it just me, or is it more than just a little ironic that KREM's million-dollar-a-year CEO is named "Livengood", unlike what the poor saps who invested in this crap will be once the stock falls faster than a bad doughnut.
