Yep. In the last quarterly report, net tangible assets was down to -$336.3m. Makes me wonder how much longer the banks will keep lending BKS more money especially considering that BKS is going to be losing upwards of $80m this fiscal year and undoubtedly going to keep losing money.
Fortunately for BKS, Liberty came along and put in about $200m. So bankruptcy is staved off for a while. But how much longer can even $200m last?
