With HBKS getting back to basics, what's left.....5 branches? Without diversification and other segments, a bank with 5 branches isn't a buyout target in my opinion. Plus, the EXEC team is getting paid a kings ransom to run just 5 branches, why would they sell.

More millennials enter the work force every year. Less need for big branches.
TOWN is like an old big Cadillac ... great for old people ... but for how long?
