The market has always been weighted in favor of wall street.

It has become somewhat ridiculous. It has been overt with Goldman and the rest realizing that they really are too big to fail. We will not be prosecuted so let's really take advantage. Admit I am thinking I need to take all my funds out of the market. I am not a gambler so now I am having difficulty reading this market which plays on my emotions. The worst thing one can do in the market is trade by emotion. GLTA

    • The entire market trades on fear and greed.....and nothing else.

Be a the fear and greed of the traders and you can beat them at their game consistently.

Know what they are going to do before they even know it themselves........and you will beat them over 90% of the time.

Be counterintuitive......out think, and out maneuver your opponents.

You can beat Wall Street over and over and over again......consistently........but you MUST be counterintuitive to do it.

The "herd" NEVER wins..........and the "herd" includes "professional" money managers of pensions, mutual funds, hedge funds and large institutions.

Less than 1% win in the long run.....but you can be one of takes good money management skills, and being able to read psychological behavior.

Its has very little to do with fundamentals.

Don't try to read the market............READ the other players in the market.........that's the key.

Sun Tzu....."The Art of War"........."Every battle is won BEFORE it's ever fought".

and......."know your opponent, and know yourself, and you need not fear the outcome of 100 battles"

........and that is VERY true........especially in the stock market.

And on that theme.....most of the people that manage money in the market are stupid......that's a fact, proven by the fact that almost NONE of them can outperform the S&P 500 Index on a year over year basis.

They're "herd" followers......and easy to outsmart.
