Looks like good some entry points Musk. The relative strength on ALTR is nice! RBCN looks like a great value. I just a have a bit of cash left at this point. I'll probably wait since I've bought a lot during March and the recent selloff.
1. So I bot RBCN. I am thinking about a paired trade, taking a short position in CREE. The thesis: Cree is in a weak position and highly vulnerable to cheap chinese competition; analysts dont like it; chart looks bad, but has farther to fall. RBCN is less vulnerable for now: they are process and quality leaders in their market... but still vulnerable; fundamental in terms of valuation, growth and ROE are extraordinary. So Long RBCN, Short CREE protect the downside but leaves upside. What do you think?
2. I came across these smallish suppliers to semi/solar/led fabs... they make parts, sub-systems and critical measurement tools for use in chemical-vapor deposition, lithography, etc. Good GARP. A key issue is: where are we in the semi cycle? What do you think of: UCTT, NVMI, NANO. Thanks in advance
