    OT: Regime change in Iran...

Ironically it would be easier to deal with the leadership in Iran if they were worse, like Saddam in Iraq. With Iraq invading neighbors and using gas on his own people there was a more compeling reason to intervene. Iran has not invaded any other country (yet), and while human rights are an issue its nothing like Iraq or even some other nations that are tolerated today. Suffice it to say the leadership in Iran seem to have the majority public support. All this could change if /when sanctions degrade their quality of life. Of course if Iran's leaders were to start a terrible and needless war the people would want regime change. If Iran is attacked and has to respond the leadership will have the moral high ground, as the public will see they had no choice.
