PBR, VALE, EWZ all are tanking. The Brazilian bubbles are just starting to pop. Folks are revolting on the streets but there is no resolution. There is a long way to go down and down. I would not touch it before it becomes clear who will be in charge of the country after the 2014 elections. If the same incompetent and corrupt PT clowns hold on to power they are going the way of Argentina and Venezuela.
I read an article about a year ago about 3 companies with potential to get to 1 trillion dollar market cap. PBR was on the list and I really liked the article. This stock is simply going down due to Brazil's market completely tanking. It will recover and this company is gigantic and the state won't let it drop much farther. Buy some options to play it at a really low levels.
agree.. buy when their is "blood in the streets".. just do not go "all in at one price".. always allow room for the downside.. but PBR and Brazil are not going away any time soon.. PBR $13.00 alot better then whoever paid $19.00 a few weeks ago.. BE GREEDY WHEN OTHERS ARE FEARFUL!!!
