I agree (although my valuation is nearer $8). I just hope the company becomes more shareholder-orientated. Their cash-hoarding mentality is hurting their returns on equity, etc., which in turn will doubtless discourage would-be investors. They've pretty much said they're going to issue a dividend sometime after Q4 but haven't given much guidance as to what the rate will be. I think a dividend will prove to be a quantum leap in terms of 'persuading' investors that the company is genuine and reports genuine numbers (I believe one of the reasons for the low valuation is due to a general market bias against the sincerity of Chinese company reporting).
Agree re dividend. It is not so much that investors want the .30 cents or whatever, it is the message that the BofD is willing to part with some money that would otherwise stay with them should the company "go dark". The current share price is all about investors fear of they will transfer the assets to themselves and escape prosecution under China law. Zuoan is a bargain only if we are dealing with honest board members. Who knows? I don't. I'm just into reward vs. risk.
