    Conspiracy

The collapse of the WTC towers, the Pentagon missile, the shootdown of flight 93, and many other conspiracy theories are about speculation and, some cases, distraction. But the basic facts are clear.

On 9/11/01 and in the days before the attack decisions were made by people at the highest levels of our goverment that enabled the plot to go forward. These people were complicit in a mass murder, and instead of being tried and convicted, many were promoted and rewarded.

This is the great crime of 9/11, and has nothing to do with conspiracy theories.

At one point during the summer of 2001, according to KSMs interrogation summary, bin Laden himself, in a speech to trainees at an Al Qaeda camp in Afghanistan, asked his audience to pray for the success of a major operation involving 20 martyrs. According to the documents, KSM himself and another top bin Laden aide, Mohammed Atef (later killed by U.S. forces in Afghanistan), became concerned about their leaders lack of discretion and urged bin Laden not to make additional comments about the plot.

Those documents would be???? Provided by CIA? Was the interrogation with just waterboarding or did they use drills? When did they catch KSM, anyway? Like the weekend before Mueller, Ridge and Ashcroft were to testify before Congress, right?

Millions Raised for Qaeda in Brooklyn, U.S. Says

      Paul Hosefros/The New York Times
Attorney General John Ashcroft, left, joined Tom Ridge, Homeland Security secretary, and Robert Mueller, F.B.I. director, at a hearing yesterday before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Mr. Ridge said millions of dollars were sent from the Al Farooq mosque in Brooklyn to al Qaeda.

      ...
The charges, announced by Mr. Ashcroft in the midst of a Congressional hearing on fighting terrorism, served to deflect tough questioning from members of Congress who have been critical of his performance. While Democrats sought to challenge his record on civil liberties, border security and terrorism, Mr. Ashcroft pointed to the charges against the Yemenis and last weekend's apprehension of Khalid Shaikh Mohammed as evidence that "we are winning the war on terrorism."

      >was OBL on our payroll?

Yep. I don't have copies of his pay stubs but I'm fairly certain of it.

      >In all of this I used to think that OBL MAY have just agreed with Bush that he did it (WTC) for propaganda purposes but this pretty much nullifies that.

This meaning a government document alleged to be a summary of torture sessions with a man who has been vanished after being captured in a story with numerous conflicting accounts?

If you can't trust that, what can you trust? ;)

I can't right now.... I have an uncontrolable urge to go buy a copy of "The Catcher in the Rye".

The Vietnam War was fought over a bet that Howard Hughes lost to Aristotle Onassis.

    • I think I read somewhere the other day that 'they' are going to set off a nuke in Texas City on some specific day in April. I can't remember now where I read it or exactly who 'they' were (big oil Zionists, I guess).

"The size of the lie is a definite factor in causing it to be believed, for the vast masses of a nation are in the depths of their hearts more easily deceived than they are consciously and intentionally bad. The primitive simplicity of their minds renders them a more easy prey to a big lie than a small one, for they themselves often tell little lies, but would be ashamed to tell big lies.
