I never committed to a close above $23 SPECIFICALLY on 12/31/12 although I think there's a very high likelihood of it happening.
But just in case there happens to be a severe late-year selloff next year, I specifically based the proposition of my leaving the board on whether Pfizer managed to close at $23 or more ANY session during 2012.
There will be no force majeure on that one - I used up my one lifetime Mulligan by giving myself a blanket one for the crash/subprime slime periods. If Pfizer doesn't see even $23 on a closing basis any time in 2012, I really would have to leave at the end of the year. But I do reiterate - the proposition is based on a $23 close ANY session during the year; the specific close on 12/31/12 is immaterial.
That needed to be cleared up - I want absolutely no misunderstandings near the end of next year as to exactly what I agreed to.
