there is more detail about Lincoln Park and their puke down:
<<We do not know when or in what amounts Lincoln Park may offer shares for sale. Lincoln Park may elect not to sell any or all of the shares offered by this prospectus. Because Lincoln Park may offer all or some of the shares, and because there are currently no agreements, arrangements or understandings with respect to the sale of any of the shares, we cannot estimate the number of the shares that will be held by Lincoln Park after completion of the offering. However, for purposes of this table, we have assumed that, after completion of the offering, all of the shares covered by this prospectus will be sold by Lincoln Park.>>
I think this sums it up pretty weel.as I suspected:
<<...we have assumed that, after completion of the offering, all of the shares covered by this prospectus will be sold by Lincoln Park.>>
So you think LPC bought at .27 and then puked their shares out at around a .20 average so they could get their warrants? If you looked at their common stock to warrant ratio that would make the warrants a little pricey wouldn't it? They'd have been better off just buying some warrants it seems.
These fella's are a hell of a lot smarter than that Sno. I wish I was about half as dumb as they are.
As usual you are pointing in the wrong direction.
Someone has been churning this stock way before LPC bought in. Remember all your rants about "where is all the shares coming from" late last year?
How's things going down at the patent office by the way? That's where we should probably be watching.
Geeze: Is your point that we should all sell now that LPC is buying in??????????
Shouldn't we be a bit encouraged when some savvy people take an interest in our Regenerx??????
