If anyone wants a complete description of the warrants:
"Each warrant has a term of five years (MAY 2015) and represents the right to purchase one share of common stock at an exercise price of $0.56 per share. In the event the closing sale price of our common stock is at least $1.78 per share for any 20 trading days within a period of 30 consecutive trading days, we may call these warrants for redemption, at a redemption price of $0.01 per warrant, by providing at least 30 days notice to each warrant holder. >>
Looks like fire sale is over. 60k bidder at .4 now. Seller cant be Lincoln, cause they werent in finance deal that did this; only sigma tau or others who may have bought in the aftermarkdt. I thought maybe Lincoln would short against their warrants they just got(aka like a bull spread with calls), but premuim is so small; why bother?
Volume is good and common will be going higher. IMHO
