With the entry of Allegiant putting service into Hawaii, LUV will never go there now. So all you LUV'ers do not get your hopes up. Should have stayed with ATA. It is amazing that a little airline like this can put together over water service, and get the approval from the FAA in a short time and SWA is still rewriting the manual... What are these people in Dallas doing all day long? Mr. Kelly who is running your airline?
Hawaiian Airlines just ordered A321neo's to use in the smaller West Coast to Hawaii markets. I would think that pretty much makes SWA jumping into those routes a losing proposition. Alaska is already there and HA will obviously have the same dominance in those markets that they do in the widebody markets they serve today.
