How are we all so positive EXAS will

One thing I'm positive that PSP has right is that there will be updated guidelines. That indicates that there will be one new screening process at least, otherwise, they wouldn't bother. In my humble opinion, sDNA is the most likely to be added, followed closely by VC, with both getting added. My guess is that the language re sDNA includes something along the lines that sDNA tests must be from a suitably regulated test- they might even state FDA approved- and test results from appropriately certified labs. With VC they will have guidelines for training of the docs. I'm still sticking with Dec 3, but could be as soon as late next week or as late as June (after VC conference in May).
