Not true. Colonoscopy has been reported 85%-90%, but multiple recent studies have confirmed colo misses more than previously realized, including almost all serrated (flat) lesions (which account for about 30% of CRC), so colo is probably more like 70% or less for those who use it, and half or more of people won't use it because of the bowel prep. SDNA detects serrated lesions and precancer. A 50% detection rate with regular screening can virtually eradicate CRC for those who are screened, which is exactly what happened for cervical cancer. And, SDNA will exceed 50% for pre-cancer and 85% for first stage cancer. No other patient friendly test comes close to that, and most people won't take an unfriendly test.
