I like to look at it from a different perspective, if somebody did make a
Bid on the property, they probably low-balled it. At least management didn't hit the panic button.
Meaning "IMO" they're in better shape overall and are in "CONTROL". They don't have to except every "LOW BALL" bid that comes along. I would have felt worse (or worried) if they gave it away. Everything is worth a certain dollar even "NON-Producing land" if no one made a fair offer, then management did the right thing.
