People take profits yesterday (not me), we are only up 1.08% today, and all of the sudden the plentiful aliases from afar come and visit us to share the news that the sky is falling. Where were all you goons when DEJ was increasing double digits daily?
No such luck -- I have suggested to the NYSE to limit sale to 50% of CO properties on the grounds that the deal is a covert sale of Dej US and we have no idea who benefits from such a deal. Do management have a stake in SECO?????
therealfacts123, for what it's worth, in my due diligence, I'm pretty certain that when it's all said and done that Dejour's WI in its Colorado portfolio - notably Kokopelli - will be in the 28-35% range.
As a couple of weeks have gone by and after making some calls, I do feel better about the deal and the top-line revenue that'll hit DEJ's balance sheet from it as a result.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
