Fellow shareholders. I will be attending the conference to listen to the DEJ presentation and I have scheduled a meeting with them also. I would be happy to discuss specific questions you have regarding DEJ, but serious questions only please. I'm offering this for the many that will be unable to attend.
My one concern is not enough information coming to shareholders . Please tell them to do a better job by giving us some news once in awhile . At least keep their stockholders interested . And no lies please , just tell us like it is . Thank you
It sounded to me like they report something when they have a reason to. Hodge has a successful history of running 2 other companies that ended up merging or we're acquired. In fact today he mentioned that one he grew sold for north of 400M. Hopefully we will be win number 3
Is NYSE going to make DEJ R/S? If so, when? .BC Rating on NYSE Market Exchange shows DEJ(.BC) 6 months as of May:
"Noncompliant Issuers quantitative/qualitative continued listing standards (collectively “.BC”)... .BC indicator is used for an issuer that is below compliance with the continued listing standards...An issuer/issue is added to the list five business days after NYSE Regulation notifies the issuer of the deficiency/delinquency and is removed from the list one business day after the issue is resolved or the issuer is determined to be in compliance with continued listing standards."
"Dejour Energy Inc.
DEJ .BC 1003(a)(iii) – Equity below $6 million and years of losses 11/21/2013
.BC 1003(a)(ii) – Equity below $4 million and years of losses 11/21/2013
.BC 1003(a)(iv) – Financial impairment 11/21/2013"
Shares Outstanding 160,916,000 (NYSE Market)
There was no discussion of this potential R/S in the meeting and I'm not surprised as they have regulations they need to follow regarding disclosure. This issue has been on the table a few times in the past and with how they are doing compared to last year, I don't believe they will do it. IMHO
ask them why they don't buy at market price like regular investor. ask why they give themselves great deals to buy below market. Why do they collect large salaries when the company loses money and makes little or no progress. ask them wouldn't the money be better spent on developing properties which would be far more lucrative for them in the long run. ask them if they don't understand that their activities erode investor confidence and also the credibility they might have with a partner. thanks.
Are you DEJ, an Institution, or looking for an article to write? I don't believe you have a meeting with them. Why would they meet with you? Are you DEJ trying to figure out your speech to manipulate these people? Your posts just started May24.
You can choose to believe me or not, not an issue for me. I'm just a private investor like most of us on this board. Anyone can apply to attend this meeting through the sponsors website and they can also schedule 1 x 1 meeting with presenting companies. The sponsor will choose to accept or deny your application to attend. I look forward to seeing other Dejour investors there.
