Illumina Announces Favorable Patent Claim Construction Ruling in Litigation Against Complete Genomics, Inc.
Hacker is right. All of this doesn't mean that Illumina will win. In fact, they have had several rulings go against them when suing or being sued by Affymetrix.I believe that it's just a reactionary attempt by Illumina over the Mayo Clinic development. That's all. Something even more amusing, Illumina is being sued by THEIR OWN shareholders over the Roche deal:http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/02/15/illuminasuit-idUSL2E8DF07V20120215?feedType=RSS&feedName=marketsNews&rpc=43
Ouchhhhhhhhhhhh. Going to tank! Already $3.89 premarket. I told you so again!!!!!! Hahahhaha
believes is the key word used by ILMN.I you and anyone else is allowed to believe what they want. Believe does not equate to fact.
probably just someone buying up the sell orders
Here is the link, What it means is that the court ruled that they can move forward with the lawsuit. It doesn't mean they will win. All of these companies are suing each other all the time.http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Illumina-Announces-Favorable-bw-2975622042.html?x=0
