It means if you ignore the plant turnaround costs the company expects in incur in 2012, the distribution would be that much higher.Why would you ignore these costs? Because they are not annual costs. Every few years, the plant needs to be closed for a few weeks in order to do major maintenance.Should you ignore these costs? Probably not. TNH sets aside cash each year for these costs, and then does not have the costs all hitting one year.
