I buy MLP's because I prefer their dividends over that of your average money market or savings account. I want more units of UAN, but guessing what and when the bottom is going to be THIS YEAR is more difficult than usual. I don't think it will ever see the low 20's again because of the massive increase in production that is anticipated to begin soon. Instead of being cyclical, this may just steadily rise with a slight drop right after the ex-div's of course, until what? $40.00 a unit at some point this year is not out of reach in my opinion. Early to mid Feb. is my guess for the best time to buy this year, but I'm too uncertain at this point. Anyone else have an opinion on this?
