I know some of people doesn't agree what I am doing but last a month or so, I am accumulating shares. I believe CKSW has certain strengths compare with other domestic companies.
1. CKSW is a debt free company. 2. CKSW is a revenue/profit generating company 3. CKSW is doing business not only in the U.S. but is doing globally. (less impact by recession compare to other domestic companies.)
I will keep accumulating until CKSW goes back to fair price range.
I agree with your assessment that CKSW is too cheap whether measured by cash flow, revenue growth, acquisition potential or their market leading position in their niche. I also continue to accumulate more shares.
That said, it is clear the majority of investors disagree with us. Perhaps the dropping share price is from something dire that will emerge in CKSW's results and/or outlook, or it may simply be the herd instinct stampeding blindly. I suspect the latter is the more significant factor.
We'll have a much better idea on January 30 when Moshe reports Q4 earnings and gives guidance for 2008. Q4 earnings were released on February 7 in 2007 and February 8 in 2006. Releasing results a week earlier this year would not seem to indicate management is nervous.
If you and I are correct in our assessment, CKSW shares should be trading considerably higher at the close on January 30. If we are wrong we could get trampled by the investor herd continuing their downward stampede. That reward and risk is what makes this fun.
