At this point, I'm not sure why anyone would expect anything different. This incredibly top heavy and stolid organization is like a tired old tree ready to fall. How they've hung on this long and why they haven't made significant changes to their structure, I have no clue. Their main strategy seems to be to lay off sales people and apply more pressure while adding management and peripheral analysis and "support" positions that add cost. Amazing.
Dead on assessment! They have no self-awareness. The delusional statement in the Q & A section about returning to profitability was comical. Not with this business model. $150 million down the drain in the past three years. A mild winter with reasonable demand and they still lose $11 million for the quarter. On pace to lose another $40m. They'll continue to hemorrhage money.
