That's better. Thanks for all the replies. Only owned this stock for a few weeks now. Bought for the long term & dividends. I used to manage a gun shop about 15 years back. Always favored the Ruger design & frame strength. Still have a SS .357 in the safe. I did see a pattern in my years of gun sales... tragedies always boosted sales of firearms. I figure sales will increase when citizens see looting on TV. I know it's wrong betting on the seedy side of human nature, but hey, people short stocks every day! Kinda the same feeling.
we also chat about music/cooking/killing creatures/cars/etc besides politics/hurricanes. in an around about way they all have bearing on rgr/swb. when push comes to shove better own a weapon than be without.
what is there to wonder about rgr? it is basically a do nothing stock, my opinion but i own a 100 shares so i don't feel guilty about posting here or swb.
Sure Scott, what would you like to Know ! The long term chart on RGR is down, The dividend has been cut in half, We are locked in a tight trading range, The fundamentals are stagnant. Anything else.. MASURUHA>
