with the yellowish pictures from their phone. Last night the tv news here ran a story on it but I missed most of it. At the end they said to return the phone and get a replacement. If it's not the photos, then what yellow stuff is coming out of the phones?
Poor Sony....they just can't get it right. Or they really had no intention of putting their best camera in a competitor's phone. Here, let me check my channel. Just as I thought, Sony shipped Apple their seconds...lol.
if so, it aint the chip. it must be the software needed to work with two differnet chips and get both of them to perform equally as well under all circumstances. It aint easy to do and this may be why customers don't dual source these things. It aint like memory chips or screens that have a very specific and industry standard implementation. Apple may be learning why the hard way. If it's really dual sourced, then let the support nighmare & finger pointing begin!
