it was not enough that ned dropped around 60% in the past year but now investors are being charged around 2% for ADR fees. i was shocked when i saw the ADR fee today. i suggest they should delist this piece of sh!!t from wall street.
Why? Don't 'shoot the messenger' on this one. The reason NED has dropped substantially over the last year is that, first, its profitability is very limited and, second, the company has a lot of debt to pay off. See the transcripts of the conference call that was held on November 16th when they reported their last quarterly return and, in particular, the question posed by the Oppenheimer representative to Jerry He on future write-offs. Delisting NED from the NYSE is not going to solve those problems. The stock price will go up when the company starts improving its profitability and gets rid of its debts. Taking this stock to Hong Kong or Timbuktu or somewhere else is not going to fix the company's profitability.
