Look at the stock chart over the last ten years and the tell us everything ok for shareholders. Is management and board entitled to gain from options at shareholder expense? The ride since Coury and crowd came aboard has been down hill. what have they done to increase shareholder value. the board has rubber stamped Coury's actions. Who do they work for if not for shareholders..?
I've been in this Stock since the early 1990's, and the lost economic opportunity has been sizable. yes there is potential, but the options should be placed on stop to eliminate further dilution.
And, of course, you have no real response to the fact that the 10 year chart is not a bad looking chart at all and that the multi-year head and shoulder bottom, if the neckline is broken, would give an upside to at least $29.
If you can't respond to a realistic, civil post, which is what my initial post to you was, with a realistic, civil response in return, it's probably better that you don't respond at all rather than looking like the typical uninformed Yahoo Finance message board poster.
