That seemed pretty far down (you're getting closer to being right every month....), until someone pointed out about 15 bucks/share of goodwill. Subtract that from 50'ish per share, and the 35 looks possible in a meltdown.
So, what took you down to 25 bucks, if you don't mind sharing your logic? Seems extreme.
I have no actual position, which is why I put HOLD. I owned DVN in the early 2000's. Well run company, from what I could tell, and made good bucks. But, jeez, gas has really tanked, and even running back to 4'ish from 2'ish, that is a long way down from double digits a few years back.
Someone once said the best solution to low NG prices is low NG prices. It'll turn, but when? I think DVN could go down a bunch more at current gas and oil prices. But if NG spikes, Boy Howdy, up it goes....
