You have no clue what their product is or how business works. The customers are stuck once they buy the product. It costs $millions plus $millions in implementation services. How can you scrap the project completely after paying so much for it. The mere admission that it is a failure would cause the project owners and managers to be fired. So why would the project owners declare it a failure, scrap it and be fired?
HR circulated an email message those those that were already laid off. It indicated that the cust sat survey scores were so low that no current or laid off employees were getting any bonus dollars. The message from HR was sent out yesterday.
