So if LLEN is a fraud I am out huge. However based on the people on their board and those involved with the company I find this very hard to believe. If the numbers they issued are real then this stock is so undervalued it is amazing. The scary thing is based on their numbers why is someone not coming in and taking this company private at these prices? I truly don't know what to think but in my gut I say this all blows over EVENTUALLY!
I keep going back through the audit and do not see anything that would not have been validated by Kabani. If this is a fraud, they are going to have significant liabilities. I do not see them and KPMG being that incompetent but we need the company to take a firm stance publicly. I just tried calling investor relations and their voicemail says the office is closed. Unbelievable.
Yes. Less than 15% institutional ownership, ripe for wiseguys to scare retail investors lacking investigative resources. Make easy money selling short or buying puts prior to publishing a long, complicated article about operations in a foreign country. Like shooting fish in a barrel.
Taking a company private takes considerable preparation. Would that really happen in this short time frame based on a very recent unstable market price?
