A Chinese woman walked into a law office in New York’s Chinatown and asked to see her lawyer. She had applied for asylum, claiming that she had been forced to get an abortion in China to comply with the country’s family-planning laws, and she was anxious about her coming interview with immigration officials.
She had good reason to be worried: Her claim, invented by her lawyer’s associates, was false.
But the lawyer, John Wang, told her to relax. The process, he said, was straightforward, and as long as she memorized a few details, everything would be fine. “You are making yourself nervous,” he said in Mandarin. “All you would be asked is the same few rubbish questions.”
“Just make it up,” the lawyer added.
Do you have any idea how a female is treated in China? It is no wonder that any one of them would lie, steal, cheat and whatever to escape that environment to come to America to live a more normal life with opportunities for their children and themselves. You cannot relate, that's your problem, you in your perfect world consider yourself supreme and look down upon others, don't you. Come down off your high ^%$king horse for a moment and be honest for once in your miserable life.
In China, upon a sonogram, a female fetus is often times aborted because the one-child policy would put a stop to the carrying on the family name and a son is a treasure so many abort the female fetus and try again for a boy. This is fact. If you were a female in China growing up you would know what it feels like to be "less than" and just maybe you would understand why a female would want to escape China to come here along with escaping the poison food, air, and poverty they have a more normal sense of well being here in the States. Also if you travel in China, you see the culture lessens the value of the female, they walk behind their husbands, they are regularly pushed out of the way when going for a seat on a subway or bus. And a crowded bus ride also means a few hands feeling your buttocks as any attractive female living in China can tell you.
And not to mention the target you represent as a female, your cell-phone is different there as they pay by access card and a stolen phone can be easily used in China. Your pocket book is another huge target along with any jewelry or anything else of value. So I have just given you a small example of what it is really like and ask you, would you do ANYTHING to breathe clean air, eat pure quality food and raise a son or daughter where they have some type of future to attain? Wake up mad-anals, you are living in a White Supreme Bubble.

This Chinese woman is likely one of the many common cases in China with such experience. Bear in mind that she has actually broken the law in China and came to the US asking for asylum.
I do not see how the US Immigration can accept her case. If all the Chinese women had forced abortion legally by the government in China manage to come to the US, the lawyer would become a billionaire and the US would have a Chinese woman to become the President of the United States some day!
Problem is that she lied....which is why the article was written because she lied with the advice of a attorney who essentially said the US laws are buullshiite, and they will have to believe you because of politics.
That is why I posted the article...
Because of the legally assisted lies....in the US
Just curious, do you think that Russian immigrants or Italian Immigrants, or many Spanish Immigrants didn't face the same red tape questions? Do you actually think the people that handled their cases where, some people who were just paralegals and of course some of whom were Lawyers didn't coach them through the process in the same ways you are describing above? I applied for my wives visa and green card by myself without a Lawyer and did all the paperwork and I can tell you some of the questions are quite ridiculous and hardly relate and all nationalities face the same challenges. You clearly do have a personal problem that is obviously directed at one specific nationality. At least I think it looks that way but maybe deep down you are not prejudice at all, maybe you hate everybody equally.

The US is essentially a country comprised of Immigrants from places where there was no opportunities.
I am a second generation immigrant from Eastern Europe.
Very few people remain in the US that do not have immigrant roots.
You are simply trying to ridicule me because I detest the stock you bought. I don't dislike immigrants of color or any nationality. What I detest is liars...What I detest is people who have no moral compass. they can come from anywhere and be of any race, creed or color.
If you have to ask a few unusual or what appear to be goofy questions of some immigrants applying for a green card, then you must.
WE can no longer afford the luxury of open borders. It's a dangerous world out there. There are many enemies present and future since the Cold War ended. In fact, the Cold War never really did end.
They are of every race, every color, and even come from allied countries.
Questions have to be asked..but the dangers really come from people with Visas that they ignore and overstay, disappearing into the bowels of the country.
If you think for a minute that I or people like me in this country detest immigrants or break people down into races, caste's or other groupings, you would be greatly mistaken.
It is the users, the Alinsky Communityorganizers who pit rich against poor, old against young, republicans against democrats, blacks against whites and or even toss Asians into the mix or Hispanics against blacks. The users that preach fairness and equality, and no- judgment society's.
In this country we call them the left. But they are all the same everywhere. Even in China, Russia, Great Britain. And they are up to no good when it comes to the United states and capitalism.
If you want to get on my bad side, be a lefty, but I don't see what color or race or ethnicity you are because it makes no difference. What I care about is CHARACTER. The left has no character because to them, the ends justify the means. Character is what counts.
U r the most ignorant bias racist person i've ever met. I'm a mechanical engineer (have several patents). I've met plenty of really smart people from different majors n u aren't one of them. I won't waste any bandwidth trying to describe you.
I'll let Saul Alinsky do it...
5. "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage."
6. "A good tactic is one your people enjoy."
7. "A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag. Man can sustain militant interest in any issue for only a limited time...."
8. "Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose."
9. "The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself."
'Rules for radicals" is the equivalent of the Bible for those in power today. You seem familiar with it through your words, but if you are not, you might want to look it up.
It's patterned after a Italian fascist's work, and it's very popular in the US today.
From the story.....
"And while many such claims are legitimate, officials and industry specialists said, an untold number are not. Mr. Kwong said the cases were easy to fake.
“The law itself provides a huge loophole, and that loophole cannot be closed because of the politics,” he said.
Sometimes the fraud consists of little more than embellishing stories to make them seem more believable. Other times, the accounts are complete fiction.
Narratives and documents are recycled from client to client, with the names and dates changed — though sometimes the lawyers forget to do even that."
This same disregard for common courtesy and the truth, underlies the securities frauds as well and they have lawyers too....securities lawyers and supposedly good ones......lol
That's why I thought it was quite relevant...
