My advice to you is do your DD. You are only limited by what your brain can process. Your "GME is Blockbuster all over again" comment tells me that either you haven't done your DD, or are severely limited in brain processing power. Either option is a negative for you, dude. GME's issues positive and negative have been discussed and dissected at great length. Good luck to you. Maybe you can DLC some brain power. My advice would be to keep a hard copy backup.
I would like more amateurs ("An amateur receives little or irregular income from their activities, and thus differs from a professional who makes a living from the pursuit and typically has formal training and certifications in the domain.") like you, instead. The shorts are much tougher competition.
Early March, I would think given the date they reported last year. Mgt. sold off a lot of shares so the earnings probably aren't pretty. There are probably no negotations for them to get acquired either.
They reported 3/26 last year, per their website.
Expectations seem to be for a bad fourth qtr. If so, how would 1st qtr of this year be any better?
I'm still doing my due dilly, but long term, seems highly likely GME will go the way of Blockbuster. Just a question of when, not if. Tough for the longs with that dark cloud overhead.
Earnings will be somewhere around the 3rd week of March like last year. There's no delay. And ignore that Joshuatree dude. Everyone does since he's just a Troll looking for controversy. Good luck.
