Matt Faherty of the motley fool site says "How can a store which sells hard copies of a digital product persist while customers can download that same product for lower prices from the comfort of their own home?"
I guess Matt didn't notice that Call of Duty did 500 mil in sales on it's first day. The "Matts" of the world just don't seem to understand that digital isn't even close to rendering physical games obsolete. I am looking forward to the Motley fool articles around february of 2013. How are they going to explain the huge Q4? I'm sure they will try and put a negative spin on it, as their short positions get further and further into the red. Hey Matt, don't forget to pay my dividend while the stock price goes up.
First of all, the digital prices ARE NOT lower. Second, not all titles are available digitally even on Wii U. Third, why would a GME customer give up their ability to resell games? Man, this Faherty is some kind of clueless #$%$
