ACHTUNG! Syngenta Leaders Watch What You License!

DuPont Management Has Delivered Multi-$Billion Fiascoes. Remember DuPont Imprelis, "The Most Advanced Technology in Herbicides in Forty Years"!

Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buon Giorno,

Readers, Switzerland-based Syngenta announced certain cross-licensing agreements with DuPont this morning, May 14, 2013. In this exchange, Syngenta as the world's largest producer and seller of ag chemicals is dealing from a position of strength. On the other hand, as an example of their "world-class science and engineering," DuPont's bumbling bosses in the past 30 months in the ag arena have delivered the worst environmental disaster and costliest new product failure in 21st century corporate America. That is DUPONT IMPRELIS, a falsely, if not fraudulently marketed "very environmentally friendly" dandelion lawn herbicide whose toxicity (4 X that of Agent Orange) has killed and damaged $2 to $3 billion of beautiful mature trees across the country. DuPont Imprelis has "grown" tens of thousands of claims in federal and state courts.

DuPont's customarily secretive and evasive Management and their PR con artists have systematically downplayed and spun the massive magnitude of this DuPont AG fiasco. Syngenta needs to be extraordinarily careful in dealing with the inept and unethical in Fortress Wilmington in the dwarf state of Delaware! Remember as well BENLATE, DuPont's defective and harmful fungicide, which has cost DD shareholders $2
    billion and counting!

When dealing with the disreputable DuPont, beware and be wary.

Merely the morning comments of one individual investor, SYT, MON, DOW, & DD shareholder, and long-time
    student of the DuPlicitous DuPont...funfun..

    • Readers, in their fluff-filled PRESS RELEASE this morning, DuPont execs put out this phony proclamation:

"DuPont (DD) has been bringing world-class science and engineering to the global marketplace in the form of innovative products, materials, and services since 1802."

"Innovative products"?? Like DuPont BENLATE? DuPont IMPRELIS?

Folks, jiggle a letter or two in the word, "Imprelis", and you have "Imperils". And that about says is all to investors, customers, and regulators, or to any firm unsuspectingly considering the licensing of the vile DuPont Imprelis chemistry.

Beware and be wary in dealing with the integrity-decayed DuPont, friends.
