Interest rates putting out the fire that is the market
Deckers still one of the most attractive investments based on its cash flow but the ten and 30 year interest rates going higher by 6% today always make it nearly impossible for a stock to go higher. Big momentum killer. Patience is a virtue.
Warren Buffet always says when he buys a business he acts like he buys the WHOLE business(usually he does). But no singular piece of news in the world is going to make him change his mind on a daily basis as to whether or not he should sell his business. If its a good business, then over time, that business will continue to produce.
No flipping and flopping. If you own the business, OWN IT.
