We're saying LPR wants to have legally secured their right to screw all of us shareholders within a month, even with the work the Denton's group is doing/has done. What we're saying is this IS NOT going to drag out at this point. We need some key victories in court this week and next for us to have a chance at all. And You never know if you're not involved with the Denton's group, that's the second point, if you're not involved in the legal efforts, you are absolutely flying blind on this one, you have no idea what you're doing and you have no idea what to expect. We're tying to get protection for all of you, and the fact that so many of you are in the complete dark about what's going on proves our point.
Thanks for all your work Willy. I hold 6K shares and I was trying to contact the guy from Denton's group. Do I need to be in the class action group to reap any benefit that the shareholders may receive? I figured all of the shareholders here were Pari passu as far as recoveries.
I would think LPR wants to end this yesterday. From a strategical viewpoint I would think this dragging out is one of the few things that actually give the shareholders leverage. If LPR can't implement their restructuring plans life is not easy for them and perhaps makes them more likely to throw shareholders a bone.
