SUWN can't survive w/o vertical integration

As demand for stevia picks up, SUWN will find it impossible to buy stevia leaves at a price that still leaves them room for a profit. The only survivors will be companies that grow and process their own plants.

The writing is on the wall, folks.

You may have a point there, but even a halfwit like you should be able to put 2 & 2 together.

      From the 10-Q:

"On November 18, 2011, we lent Pharmaceutical Corporation, a related party, approximately $3,181,016 (RMB20,000,000) under the terms of a Loan Agreement. The loan was initially due on November 20, 2012 and bears no interest. [[[[Pharmaceutical Corporation was to use the money to acquire a land use right and Sunwin would have had the beneficial ownership of the acquired land.]]]]"

"In December 2011, we entered into a short-term loan agreement with Shandong Anda Biotech Co., Ltd. ( "Shandong Anda"), a third party. According to the terms of the agreement, we agreed to lend Shandong Anda approximately $3,181,016 (RMB 20,000,000). The loan will be due on December 18, 2012 and bears no interest. [[[[Shandong Anda is a major supplier of stevia leaves to the Company.]]]]"
