Those lemmings will still have to pay off the full price of their phone. T-Mo's whole angle right now is to make customers aware that if they're not happy with the service they can leave- and then make sure they're happy with the service.
I was with V and my contracte expired years ago. They started changing my plan and lied to me on something last month, so I closed it. Was only with them due to an acquisition and wanted to leave a few times. The account dated back to 1997. I think TMUS is making good moves here. Just need Ergen to stop dawdling and write us a large check.
