Look up the price of TMO before all this merger b.s. first surfaced - that's where it's headed again as Ergen is already on record as saying teaming up with Sprint looks more attractive.
It all depends just who might be interested in TMUS. 3 years ago T offered 39, since then there has been acquisitions, inflation and growth. 50 is not out of the question. At 50 it is a bargain for Charlie to enter the wireless world.
Look more like High $20 as the best suitor has just walked out the Door .
Face the Facts TMUS coverage map is the Smallest of the 3 players and has less Spectrum and then there is all the cost spent for the so called new customers that will not turn a penny profit until sometime in the far future if they stay and are not bought back with lower prices from the other 3 players and that my friend can happen over night with just a press release.
The finale Fact in this whole merger B.S. is that DT would leave the U.S. market if there was really any chance to turn TMUS around in this lifetime ?. that is without a very large investment in Capital with a network that is different then most carriers.
well we know the fact is they just Lost $40 so DT now has two choices Stay or Sell lower. Then there could be a 3rd choice maybe DT made a deal to take $40 for 49.9% of their control shares come Nov. when they become UNLOCKED to SoftBank and then the rest later down the road after a new Gov. is formed. anything is possible
