4 yrs ago I bought in to lithium because I saw the electric car around the bend. Now here comes grid storage, this will be huge. You cant use renewables without batteries.Grid storage will be a big part of our future. This will require lots of lithium.Oprox-70% of world supply in South America.China bought Talison. They also have ownership part or all in a number of our most promising lithium properties. They now control 2/3rds of world supply,This is my understanding.Lithium is a buy and hold, imo.Lithium will have a slow but shure future.Prices will rise as we supply the new emerging markets. It could get political in the future.I see many small and mid-size minors become targets of a buyout.Buy cheep and hold.
That's probably the reason we all bought. The thing to figure out is if we are too early to this particular party.
Management is in the market selling stock because they have some rents to pay as per the 10Q. Will they use up all the share capital and turn the current holders into cannon fodder? That's what needs to be figured out.
I thought they could hold at .01 ish but I was wrong because currently the management has not done a good enough job of selling the long term prospects here. In the absence of good management, the only way to entice buyers is to lower the price. That's what we are seeing IMO,cheers.
