WHITEFISH, MT / May 27, 2014 / The alternative energy and cannabis industries are perhaps two of the fastest growing industries in the United States. After the drug was legalized for adult recreational consumption in two U.S. states, many growing and dispensing operations sprung up to meet the increasing demand for the product. This has set the stage for a number of ancillary public companies like GrowLife Inc. (PHOT) and Creative Edge Nutrition Inc. (FITX) to capitalize on the multi-billion dollar marijuana industry.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I wasn't sure the article was even real, but googled the first sentence and indeed it is, yet it barely mentions FITX the article is pumping some wind energy company that is putting their name in the cannabis space to get attention. Great news, a publisher who doesn't understand the meaning of ancillary business mentioned FITX. Sounds about right.
Another problem with the article is it States demand in the US sets up success for companies like FITX which will be supplying Canada NOT the US, and Canada has made it clear no exports will be allowed to countries where it is not Federally legal. What publication was this? They know next to nothing about the industry or business in general.. I like owning a company that is written about by real news publications like Wall-Street Journal and NY Times recently.
FITX is not an ancillary business of cannabis it is a direct producer. Ancillary means not directly involved in the business another word people use for ancillary is "picks and shovels" meaning provide the tools required. What kind of publication was it obviously wasn't professional whatsoever...
